    Cancellation Policy

    As we partner with our host institution in finalizing plans and logistics for the conference, we regret we cannot offer reimbursement for cancellations after Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Should you need to cancel your registration after this date, you are welcome to transfer your conference registration to another individual who has not already registered for the conference. All requests for cancellations and refunds must be made in writing and sent to admin@fgliconsortium.org

    (Note: If you bundled your Consortium membership with your conference registration, your membership will not be impacted.)

    In the event the FGLI Consortium must cancel the Conference due to unforeseen circumstances, the FGLI Consortium will refund the cost of registration. However, the FGLI Consortium does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses.

  • Embassy Suites South Bend at Notre Dame

  • Before booking travel, please note that the conference begins on Sunday evening and concludes Tuesday night. We recommend booking travel to arrive on Sunday afternoon and depart on Wednesday morning.

    By Air

    South Bend International Airport is about 15 minutes by car from the Notre Dame campus (flights should be booked to South Bend, Indiana -- airport code SBN). Various transportation methods are available (e.g., taxi, rideshare).

    Visitors also can fly into Chicago. The University is about two hours by car from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and about 90 minutes from Midway International Airport.

    By Train

    The South Shore Line trains run directly from the Chicago Loop (at the corner of Michigan and Randolph) to South Bend International Airport (about a three-hour trip).
