Johns Hopkins University will be the site of our 6th Annual FGLI Consortium Conference
As a proud member of the FGLI Consortium, Johns Hopkins is deeply committed to the success of its first-generation and/or limited-income (FLI) community, who comprise nearly 30% of the university’s undergraduate population. This commitment is reflected in a strengths-based approach to supporting FLI students—centering holistic advising, success coaching, community building, and equitable access to essential academic and personal resources.
We are excited to welcome consortium members to the Homewood campus, where we will engage in meaningful dialogue, share impactful strategies, and collaborate to drive systemic change across higher education. Hosting this year’s conference also offers an opportunity to highlight Baltimore’s vibrant cultural and historical context as a backdrop for connection, learning, and community engagement. Additionally, this is a milestone year for Johns Hopkins, as it celebrates its Sesquicentennial and the opening of its transformative new Hopkins Student Center.
Stay tuned in the coming weeks for our conference theme announcement along with registration and travel information. Early bird pricing will be available through September 1.
